Meeting Times
Our meetings are held on a consistent schedule to accommodate all members. We meet every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST (Eastern Time Zone NY/Toronto).
Duration of Meetings
Each meeting is typically scheduled to last for one and a half hours. However, the length can vary slightly depending on the agenda and discussion topics. We aim to stick to this timeframe to respect everyone’s time and maintain efficiency. Members are encouraged to join a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the discussion.
Meeting Location
The meetings are online (see details below). While having your camera on is not mandatory, we believe that doing so will give you the best experience, simulating real-world scenarios.

A Zoom link is shared prior to each meeting. This allows us to maintain inclusivity and ensure that all members have the opportunity to participate, regardless of their location.
